(Washington, D.C.) - Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai today announced his appointments to serve on two Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee (BDAC) Working Groups: (1) the Broadband Infrastructure Deployment Job Skills and Training Opportunities Working Group, and (2) the Increasing Broadband Investment in Low-Income Communities Working Group.
Miranda Allen, CEO of NATE member company RSI Corp of Kowa, Kansas, has been selected to serve as the Association’s Representative on the Broadband Infrastructure Deployment Job Skills and Training Opportunities working group. RSI Corp is a national company which specializes in radiofrequency (RF) radiation and telecom safety.
RF, Radio frequency radiation, has many hazards and health concern. When used properly, meaning the site is correctly built and extensive surveys of the area have been completed, a cell tower should not harm the community below at all.
